All of our classes are designed to support you on your journey towards optimum health. Every individual has their own specific needs, therefore we offer a variety of classes so that you can find exactly what serves you. Beginners Yoga: This class is great for those hoping to get a deeper understanding of the practice of Yoga. Expect to go over basic foundations, postures and breathing techniques. This class moves at a slower pace allowing the students to fully understand the correct and safe alignment. Students will learn about connecting movement to breathe to help reduce stress and anxiety. Each class aims to develop a progression in the learning and the practice of the Yoga postures while respecting the capacities of the student.

Chair Yoga: Chair Yoga is designed for anyone who is new to yoga or already practicing but seeking new ways to stretch, breathe and grow stronger in the body, mind and spirit. Joining a chair practice introduces a new community of people who come together to create health in the body, peace in the mind and an opening of the heart. This 50 minute class allows practitioners to explore how the chair helps inform posture, movement and breathing. Each class begins with meditation and breath techniques and explores flows (poses that are put together and work in harmony with the body) and strengthening of various muscle groups in a safe, nurturing environment.

Core Fusion: Core Fusion is designed to build core strength through Yoga, Pranayama and Qi Gong. 

Deep Stretch: In this class you will stretch deep into the body so that you leave feeling loose, open and light. We allow the muscles to warm up through a Vinyasa flow in order to be able to surrender deeper into the stretches. This class will give you space to slow down and tune in while opening and expanding the body and mind. This class is great for all levels, since we will be moving at a slower pace in order to stretch deeper into the body.

Energy YogaThis class a flowing class that cultivates presents by connecting movement with breath. Here you will be encouraged to let go of any negativity and to focus on positive energy flowing through the body. This class is set to great music and brings a bit of lightheartedness and ease to each student.

Gentle Yoga: You'll flow mindfully at a relaxed pace, using your breath as a guide. We'll pause along the way to explore the finer alignment details with personalized modifications of each pose to guide you into feeling more balanced and integrated while cultivating a deep equanimity. 

Prana Fusion: This is a combination of Qi Gong, breathing techniques (Pranayama), Tai Chi and yoga poses. All are combined together to create a synergistic flow.

Pre-Natal Yoga: This class is a classical and holistic approach to Hatha Yoga that stretches and tones the entire body both physically and energetically. This class is one of the slower paced styles of Yoga utilizing postures and breathing exercises to harmonize the body, mind and spirit. Each class aims to develop a progression in the learning and the practice of the Yoga postures while respecting the capacities of the student. As the student continues to practice, a balance of ones' energy extends from the Yoga mat and into their everyday lives and even to those around them. 

Smooth Flow: Smooth Flow is a fluid class that consciously focuses on connecting the body's movement to the breath. Open to all levels with pose variations giving students the option to go deeper into postures. This class promotes inner focus and peace.

Tai Chi & Qi Gong: Learn the art of Tai Chi & Qi Gong with Dr. Kuan, who has been a practitioner for many years. This class will introduce you to these two forms of Chinese martial arts. Tai Chi & Qi Gong have many health benefits such as the reduction of stress, increased mobility, strength, stamina and much more. 

Vinyasa: This is a moderately paced Vinyasa flow class, meaning that we transition seamlessly from one pose to the next. You will be guided throughout each pose to make sure you receive the full benefit of the postures. Each class will start and end with a brief meditation. The class has a positive energetic feel and you will leave the class feeling empowered, strong and energized.

Yoga Meditation: This practice has a heavy focus on turning inwards and letting the mind be still. This time is spent mindfully relaxing, meditating, stretching and focusing on the body's sensations internally and externally.
